Prizes:

GRAND PRIZE One (1) Grand Prize Winner will receive the following: a three (3) day/two (2) night trip to the 2009 Bank of America 500 (the “2009 Race”) at the Lowe’s Motor Speedway in Charlotte, NC, at an ARV of $4,280.

The trip shall include the following: (i) round-trip coach-class airline tickets from the major U.S. gateway airport nearest to Grand Prize Winner’s residence to the major airport nearest the location of the 2009 Race in Charlotte, NC for Grand Prize Winner and one (1) guest, if Grand Prize Winner resides in Charlotte, NC, ground transportation may be provided in lieu of air transportation and no compensation or substitution will be provided for difference in prize value; (ii) one (1) room, double occupancy, standard hotel accommodations (at a hotel determined by Sponsor) for Grand Prize Winner and one (1) guest for two (2) nights; (iii) an escorted tour of Tony Stewart’s Race Shop for Grand Prize Winner and his/her guest; (iv) two (2) tickets to the 2009 Race; (v) a meet and greet opportunity for Grand Prize Winner and his/her guest with Tony Stewart; (vi) pit passes for Grand Prize Winner and his/her guest; (vii) round-trip ground transportation for Grand Prize Winner and one (1) guest between the airport, the hotel, Tony Stewart’s Race Shop and the race location; and (viii) Eight Hundred Dollars ($800) spending money.
